Overview At AORK, we are committed to delivering your purchase in a timely manner and understand that shipping is a crucial part of your shopping experience. The following shipping policy outlines our practices and your options regarding the shipment of your order.
Shipping Options We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method, weight, and destination of the items in the order. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information, so you can track your package’s journey to your doorstep.
International Orders We ship internationally to select countries. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country, which are not covered in the cost of shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
- Some items due to size, weight, or materials might be restricted from shipping to certain locations.
Delivery Delays While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, AORK cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Damaged Items in Transport If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@aork.ca.
